Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, seeds removed and cubed (about 4 cups)
- 3 cups cold water, divided
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar, honey, or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Ice cubes

Directions
- In a blender, combine the cubed cantaloupe and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
