  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  1. Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Stir to combine.
