Ingredients
- 4 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Directions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
- Add the grated coconut, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and salt to the beaten eggs. Mix well to combine.
- Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan slightly to spread the mixture evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom of the omelette is set and lightly golden. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes on the other side.
- Transfer the omelette to a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining egg mixture to make a second omelette.
- Serve the Motta Porichathu hot, ideally with a side of Indian bread like chapati or as is.
