- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for extra heat
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey or sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. If you like it spicier, add the red pepper flakes. Set aside.
